MEET CARO.
Our coach Caro brings an authentic, spirited, and empowering presence to her rides.
Alongside coaching, Caro works full time in competitive sales, where she’s learned to speak to the people in front of her with passion and clarity. This shows in the way she guides her riders through challenges.
Her music selection moves between pop (and pop remixes), R&B, and a touch of techno.
Outside the studio, Caro unwinds by riding herself or slowing things down with a hot bath, nourishing food, and calm music.
