All our rides are beat driven cycling classes in a high-energy setting. Through our high-level coaching, challenging classes and inspiring community, we're making movement something you actually start looking forward to.
No matter who's leading, every class at our club is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally.
The coach you choose sets the tone for your ride: from the music to the driving force, bringing their own story and energy into the room.

YOUR FIRST CLASS
WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO WEAR
Everything is provided in the club with your check-in: cycling shoes, towel(s), toiletries, accessible lockers and comfortable showers. We aim to take care of everything, so all you need to focus on is showing up to the club in your workout gear.
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend to wear comfortable, breathable sportswear and sports socks. It's not necessary to wear cycling-specific gear. It's possible to bring your own cycling shoes: please note we use SPD-cleat compatible pedals, not SPD-SL.
CHECKING IN
The club opens 30 minutes before a class starts. We expect you to arrive 15 minutes before class, especially if this is your first time. This allows us to welcome you, answer any questions you might have and provide you with a necessary briefing before we get you set up. Our check-in closes 2 minutes before class starts.
DURING THE RIDE
LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR
We only have one rule at the club: leave your ego at the door. Our rides are open to all levels. It doesn't matter whether this is your first time or whether you're an experienced rider. What matters is the energy and effort you show up with, which will be matched by our more regular riders.
INTRODUCTION
Our coach will personally set up your bike. All of our classes start with a short introduction on how to use the bike followed by a warm-up. Any questions, just raise your hand. Our classes offer multiple adaptions for different levels.

Remember: you are always in control of your own efforts. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and enjoy the experience, above performance. Focussing on developing the skill to ride on beat is your first priority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll ride, move, and sweat through a functional training class built around music, choreography, and purposeful effort. Your coach will guide you through warm-up, climbs, sprints, strength-focused movement, and cool-down, offering options and feedback so you can move with proper form.
POST-RIDE
REFRESH, REFUEL & CONNECT
Our rides will leave you feeling energized and on a natural high. Take your time afterwards to enjoy our spacious rain showers, elevated amenities and take a seat in our lounge to enjoy our specialty coffee, made with our precious La Marzocco.
