ATTENDING CLASSES

  • Our classes become available for booking 14 days in advance.

  • You are free to cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the class starts. Any cancellation made after this time will be considered a "late cancellation" and results in the loss of the credit used.

     

    Please note that cancellations or booking changes can be made directly via our app or through your member profile on the website.

     

    Requests made through email/Instagram will not be taken into account.

  • Some time slots and themed rides are popular. If a class is fully booked, the waitlist becomes available. Join the waitlist and you’ll be notified by email when a spot opens up.

     

    Spots often become available within 24 hours before class, so it’s worth signing up. The first person to claim the spot gets it.

  • The club opens 30 minutes before a class starts. We expect you to arrive 15 minutes before class, especially if this is your first time. This allows us to welcome you, answer any questions you might have and provide you with a necessary briefing before we get you set up.

     

    Our check-in closes 2 minutes before class starts. If you arrive when the class has started, we unfortunately will not allow you into the class to ensure the best experience for all riders.

  • We aim to take care of everything, so all you need to focus on is showing up to the club in your workout gear. Everything else is provided in the club with your check-in: towel(s), cycling shoes, toiletries, accessible lockers and comfortable showers. 

    It is mandatory to bring a water bottle into the class. Forgot to bring one? We offer Marie-Stella Maris water bottles for €2,50 at the bar.

  • The minimum age to attend our classes as an individual is 18 years. If you are between 15 and 18 years old, you are welcome to join our rides if you're accompanied by a parent or guardian.

MEMBERSHIPS AND CREDITS

  • We offer an exclusive Introduction Package for first-timers. This package allows you to try out 3 different classes for only €10 each, within 30 days.

     

    Please note that we don't offer free trial classes.

  • Attending classes requires an online sign-up before coming to the club. Here's how:

    1. Create your account in a couple of clicks by selecting "My Account" at the top of our website. Creating an account is also possible through our mobile app, The Cycling Club.

    2. Buy your credits. If this is your first time coming to the club, we suggest getting our Introduction Package.

    3. Visit our schedule and sign up for a class. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • You can purchase new credits through both our website and app. You are also able to purchase new credits at the front desk in-person.

  • Yes, it's important for us to know who’s joining our classes by having your contact details. Creating an account is required to attend, register, and book classes. Rest assured, we respect your privacy.

  • You are always able to upgrade to a bigger credit membership. We can arrange this for you through e-mail or in-person when you drop by the club. Downgrading your membership is not possible.

  • Credits can be shared, with the exception of membership credits. 

  • Once a subscription is purchased or renewed, it becomes binding and must be upheld. Currently, we only offer 12-month memberships. After your first 12 months, you are able to cancel the membership monthly with a month's notice.

     

    Please reach out to us by e-mail if you wish to cancel your membership. Early cancellations within the first 12 months will only be granted in case of urgent medical reasons or relocation.

THE CLUB

  • We are located in the city of Hilversum, Noord-Holland. Our address is Havenstraat 20A, 1211KM. Please find a map below.

  • We strongly encourage all members to walk, bike, or use public transport to get to our club.

     

    In front of our club, there is plenty of bike storage. Please make sure to park your bike only in the designated areas and avoid blocking any alleys and driveways.

     

    For those coming from further away or driving by car, there are limited street parking options. We recommend driving to the closest indoor parking garage, “Gooische Brink” where there are plenty of parking spots with only a 4-minute walk from the club.

  • Absolutely! We provide keyless lockers that are free to use. They work with a code combination for your convenience to store all your valuables.

  • We offer spacious, private rain showers in all changing rooms. Complimentary towels are provided upon request with your check-in. We aim to take care of everything: in our changing rooms you will find hair dryers and any necessary toiletries to leave the club refreshed.

  • Our bar offers a wide variety of protein-infused snacks. Before or after your class, you can enjoy our specialty coffee, made with our precious La Marzocco. During weekends, we recommend ordering your coffee before your class starts: we'll have it ready for you right as you walk out.

  • We hold onto lost items at the reception for up to two weeks. After that, anything unclaimed is donated to charity.

     

    Think you’ve lost something? Simply email us or check with our hosts at your next visit.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

  • You can find your personal referral link in your member profile through our website or app. The link can be shared in order to receive €5 for both the referral and referred member.

     

    Please note: the referral program only applies to new members of the club that register through your link. All the conditions can be found in your member profile.

  • Yes! The referral reward will be added to your account and can be used to make any purchase, from additional rides to any available products we sell at the club.
