THE RIDES
We’ve got you covered!
Just bring your workout gear and a water bottle. Everything else is included in your session: lockers, towels, cycling shoes (additional fee), toiletries and more. Plus, we offer Marie Stella Maris filtered water bottles.
The Cycling Club doesn't have many rules, but here's our top 3:
1. Check your ego at the door. It does not matter whether it is your first time or whether you are a seasoned athlete. What matters is that you give it your all and that you leave with a better feeling than when you came in.
2. Leave our phone in your locker during class. Trust us, everyone will appreciate it.
3. Keep conversations with your neighbours to a minimum but feel free to sing along and vibe to our playlist!
Without a doubt! One of the best things about The Cycling Club is how our classes are designed to suit all fitness levels. Our rides are tailored to individual abilities and we encourage beginners to go at their own pace, enjoy the process and build confidence with every session.
If you’re pregnant, we highly recommend consulting with your doctor before attending The Cycling Club classes. You can also talk to your instructor who will provide guidance based on their expertise. However, we always suggest adhering to professional medical advice.

ATTENDING CLASSES
If a spot opens up up to 2 hours before the class, you'll be automatically added and notified via email. Please note that remaining on the waitlist shows your interest in the class, and if you're added automatically, your credit will not be refunded.
Additionally, if you're on the waitlist within the 8 hours leading up to the class, you’re required to attend if a spot becomes available. If you're no longer interested in a class, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added automatically and losing your credit if you can’t attend.
If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before the class, you'll receive an email and have 15 minutes to confirm whether you still want to attend.
To avoid a 'late cancellation' penalty, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class starts. Any cancellation made after this time will be considered a 'late cancellation.'
For both credits and memberships, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of their credit.
Please note, cancellations must be made through the website or App; phone or email cancellations will not be accepted.
Classes are available for booking 2 weeks in advance.
As a first-timer, it’s crucial that you arrive and check in at the reception at least 15 minutes before your class starts. This allows us to greet you, answer any questions, and, most importantly, give you time for the first-timer briefing.
For everyone else, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you haven't checked in by the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to give your spot to someone on the waitlist. Late arrivals will be refused entry to ensure the best experience for all participants.
We understand that unexpected situations may cause delays. However, once the class has started, we are unable to admit latecomers. That said, we're happy to help you explore other options, such as finding an alternative class for you to attend.
Yes, credits do expire. The expiration date is provided for each type of package. However, we’ll make sure you’re aware as the expiration date approaches so you don't miss out on your workouts!
